If Binance registrations are temporarily closed, does that mean BNB value in currently lower than it otherwise would have been? (IE: new registrations once it reopens will drive up BNB use)

There are two sides to the argument. The insane rate of registrations means they are gonna burn a ton of BNB, so people are pricing that in. At the same time it will probably rally when they do enable registrations. Don't know which factor is more important maybe both?
