the team communicated in the telegram group that they applied for a paid binance listing, the way Binance handles those listings is that they dont give out much info until the very second the decision has been made. So nobody knows if itll happen in feb or march (or ever possibly) but Horizon State has enough money so I dont see why not

honestly, no. The HST team is highly focussed on B2B marketing and sales. The price of the coin will increase regardless becaue its needed for the voting process and the more votes they sell the more Volume this coin will get.
