I interpreted it as the zcl masternodes. No one is going to blindly dump btcp after the fork, that wouldn't make sense. Also there needs to be some sort of incentive to hold zcl after the fork otherwise everyone is gonna dump it and kill the coin and masternodes would be perfect incentive
