Idk if college courses are decent for computer science. With just a GED I might need to first do what you did OP and take a few years of college then transfer. I want to work in network infrastructure and database engineering, pretty much blockchain shit even for just enterprise solutions. I like researching though, don't think college would introduce me to the research side and method of the field.
