Hello anons, econ major here. It's pretty obvious to anyone with any legit economic/market knoweldge that the crypto market is a giant bubble (the tech could still be useful but no coins have value)
Seeing all those normie rekt threads got me sad the other day because that's where my profits are coming from. At this point why not make a pajeet ICO and scam normies? What's the difference?
It's not like the stock market which has value, equity, can issue dividends, etc.
You are participating in a financial revolution which will result of the destruction of central banking and force governments to dramatically cut spending and taxes.
You're basically a hero.
Daniel Anderson
I only feel bad because I have absolutely no clue how I'm going to report on my taxes. I'm not a richfag (yet) but I'm acutely aware that any gains I realize will be fucking eaten by the Jew.
Any guides written yet that aren't mainstream (F0rbes et al) that will help me?
Charles Long
It's exploitation
Jeremiah Cooper
>econ major >not acknowledging that some of the projects acually have real world uses >feeling bad about making money off normies
Keep larping
Logan Carter
No it's not. You have no clue where your profits are actually coming from. Most coins are being manipulated by whales/whale groups right now, fool.
That's why you can write off losses when you report. Risk drives the economy. It's hard for me to feel bad for people when they lose money because they try to play what's obviously a rigged game, and think they can beat the market. It's silly. I feel good for losers, too, because it's a great opportunity to learn lessons very quickly.
Think, don't feel, this issue through.
Also, I can't feel bad for people when they invest in vaporware without reading up on the product/service they're buying into. They're greedy and want gains. There are scams literally everywhere you look, so why is crypto bad? Because it's new and scary?
Chase Walker
>no coins have value Those that are currencies especially do have value. It's the same as buying gold before it hits mainstream. At the same time there's massive overvaluation going on but I'm sure good coins like XLM have a lot going for them. As far as currency goes, this is miles better than fiat.
>It's not like the stock market which has value, equity, can issue dividends, etc. Stock market does have some more tangible value, but it's not like it's not at the risk of a major crash as well. The same dumb money is there.
Parker Martinez
Oh god, you should read this. Some model invested all her money on TRX. Hopefully she will lose all her money and do porn :D
Bentley Ross
pic related. Hopefully TRX will soon crash. This model need to do anal porn soon!

>Buy rolex >Sell rolex >No tax
Alexander Roberts
You’re clearly under 25 years old.
The difference is a pajeet ico will hurt your reputation or land you in legal trouble.
You can hem and haw like a faggot philosopher all you want. I’ll be getting the money and letting the normals howl. I can do this with no remorse not because I don’t care about others, but because I do. Understand your purpose in life and you’ll get what I’m saying.
Brandon Richardson
How is it any different from any other way to make money?
Lucas Walker
>You can hem and haw like a faggot philosopher all you want STOP MAKING FUN OF SERGEY PLS FRIEND
Elijah Brown
let me guess, it has to be with a black guy too you cuckold freaks have such an oddly specific way of writing
Austin Lee
What is it with econ students that makes them want to scam people? I was friends with one who was plotting a shares fraud while enrolled in uni and know another one who is taking part in a massive MLM scheme.
Do they use Gordon Gecko as a role model in your studies? Or does it simply attract sleazebags?
Jayden Martin
>What's the difference?
Uhm? The difference is that normies typically rejected us from society. We learned critical skills to thrive in Crypto thru games. We are just better at it, this is where we strive. This is what is called karma, it is the yin and yang. It is the repayment for a life of suffering.
Why would you feel bad for the normies? They probably are going to call you a pedophile and ruin your life in a few years once they know you got rich thru crypto, because in many of their eyes that is the only use for cryptocurrency.
And the absolute best thing is that the governments are so depsperate about taxing us, you would need to be a normie aswell to just pay up your taxes if you could so easily evade it all. At some point the governments would probably just beg you to pay a little bit atleast instead of just getting an untracable coin and buying straight up cash from the black market or just buy all you need with crypto. Tons of ways.
Also, to add on, crypto has value. So your whole premise is retarded. Tokens enable highly functional networks some of which will have huge benefits to the economy. You can’t separate the coins from the technology.

Marxist idiot detected
Thomas Mitchell
>All of capitalism is exploitation you dumbass Hello delusional marxist shitstain fool.
How does it feel to spend your whole life worshipping the ideology of a guy that got proven wrong a million times?
This guy is right.
Luke Lewis
crypto is a product and user nobody is buying it to use that product, the guys who will use that product dont want the said product because of the guys buying the product think that the guys that will use it want the product
now tell me where your supposed demand will be?
Joseph Collins
>Tokens enable highly functional networks some of which will have huge benefits to the economy. You can’t separate the coins from the technology. you can dunno why you think you cant if you already know all aboit blockchain like everybody on Veeky Forums says they do
Joshua Clark
...
Josiah Jackson
>nobody is buying it to use that product Speculators aren't, some are. The issue is that many products aren't usable yet.
> the guys who will use that product dont want the said product because of the guys buying the product think that the guys that will use it want the product what
>you can dunno why you think you cant if you already know all aboit blockchain like everybody on Veeky Forums says they do Literally what. The tokens aren't going anywhere without their respective blockchains losing both their users and validators
Christopher Powell
You are such a dumb fuck. The stock market has value (equity and dividends etc) because the legal system provides a consensus framework in which those actions are enforced. What the fuck do you think smart contracts are? Cryptocurrencies are currently a speculative proof of concept market, however it is right now entirely feasible to deploy a smart contract that enforces dividends etc. Furthermore Veeky Forums is a capitalist board and if you’re not a hyper capitalist you should leave, I understand that wealth is in absolute terms a relative idea. It is not enough for me to make millions if all my friends make millions too, I want power and status relative to other people, hence I derive even greater satisfaction if my wealth comes at the expense of others. I am not looking to produce or add anything to the world, I simply wish to manipulate my way into the top 1% and then live off dividends. Currently standing at 600k so I’m doing pretty well.
Ryan Thomas
>Literally what. The tokens aren't going anywhere without their respective blockchains losing both their users and validators sigh read up on what and how blockchains work not just whitepapers
Christian James
>sigh I have a fairly good understanding of blockchain fundamentals and what you said makes absolutely zero sense. It's gonna take more than some illiterate redditor's baseless claims to convince me otherwise
Xavier Hernandez
then go read up on the different kinds of blockchains what a private, centralized, decentralized and a public centralized blockchains are
but really I doubt youll get far since its already buried in a literal pile of crap with crypto hitting mainstream
Was with you up until you posted your wealth. It makes you seem insecure
Easton Torres
You are acting like those basic terms are something that anybody with above average intelligence would find hard to understand.
A centralized blockchain is useless. In practice no widely used blockchain is centralized, just varying degrees of decentralization.
Private blockchain is just that, restricted to the public. What about them? They're not gonna replace blockchains that fundamentally need to remain public, XLM for example.
Colton Morales
>first decentralised world currency superior to all existing currency with the potential to end war and financial repression >bubble
Matthew Ortiz
Most of Veeky Forums hasn't worked a day in their lives. Naturally they think this is the future of economy and that they can live off rearranging virtual coins indefinitely.
Luke White
those were basic terms, dunno why people forgot about them
now go find your answer since I dont think youll get far on your chosen major
Ethan Robinson
Econ grad here too, thesis on crypto. Yup it's fucking dumb
Alexander Russell
Just because the technology behind block chain/crypto is awesome doesn't give coins value you retards
If ethererum offered a IPO and you could own a % of the company that would at least make sense. When ethererum makes actual profit off smart contracts you can see their financials, their estimated growth, how many smart contracts etc
Why do the coins have billions of dollars in value? Ethererum the company could make 10 billion in profit a year and the coins could still be worth nothing.
Noah Bell
I'm not gonna go on some wild goose hunt for "the answer" speculated by an user who can't even explain himself clearly
Oliver Davis
>If ethererum offered a IPO and you could own a % of the company that would at least make sense I see, you're a supposed economics major and you think coins are companies. Meanwhile having no idea that Ethereum is not a company and the Ethereum foundation is non-profit.
Alexander Nelson
>I studied 3-4 years useless theory which is hardly transferable to the realworld >I barely learned something useful and just passed my exams >neitherless I like to use my easy degree to rate and estimate markets I never participated in
Lmao at college kids thinking they could explain shit with their keynesian economics and shizzle.
Nathan Gomez
I only feel bad because cryptocurrency, decentralization and artificial intelligence will only help user in the beast system.
But alas, these must come to pass.
Michael Martin
capitalism is voluntary exchange dumbass

IM NOT MAKING MONEY NOW AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
