they kept a third of the coins so I would think so, as well as I imagine they will consult on front end with making designing and creating good smart contracts that work with the network to maximize it's value (this is more or less what they were doing before they started working on the decentralized node idea but probably hit a wall in that smart contracts won't work without 100% true data, hence the name smartcontract.com).
