your problem has nothing to do with kucoin but is an issue with the ethereum network.. if your gas price is below 40 gwei your transaction is going to get dropped constantly during periods of high volume (ie the past few days). it will go through eventually, but i wouldnt hold your breath, and i wouldnt go around making yourself look like a moron by blaming the exchange.
