Those are some patrician choices, OP. I would be tempted to all-in once or twice just to raise your stakes and reinvest but if you hold what you've got for a year you're pretty much guaranteed to level up by an order or two of magnitude.

Keep an eye on the roadmap of the coin/token you're holding and just set a personal goal. Maybe cash out like 10% everytime your worth goes x2?
