There are no concrete details on that yet, but if you see what this user posted $250mil is just the seed funding, then we can assume it'll be exponentially more than that even possibly raising $1 billion. that number might sound insane, but AltMarket is opening the doors for Wall Street so the big money is flowing in. it's not some bullshit exchange like yobit or bittrex. every coin and token that will be listed on there has to be fully compliant with the SEC

Yes, it'll open the doors for the Wall Street herd. They'll be able to pour in their institutional money. Hedge funds right now are not putting their money in unregulated exchanges to invest in shitcoins that are potentially not SEC compliant.
