The exchanges that use ZRX are not liquid... if you trade with something like 50 - 100k$ you are lost. See RadarRelay and anything else utilizing ZRX.
1) It is too complicated to onboard regular normies and 2) it also doesn't cater the needs of large institutional players who can provide token pools in the multi million dollar valuation for trading, which is needed for on the fly conversion (otherwise the prices one pays will become ridicolous). The protocol of Kyber and AirSwap are set exactly for those kind of problems (they are on the other hand not order book styles, which you probably like about 0x).

Just inform yourself a bit more what the purpose of each DEX. There is a high chance ZRX wont be as big as you hope it will be.

Hey I am in 0x since ICO and it's great to be >12x up.... I hope for further growth too. But let's stay realistic. ZRX has always been hyped a bit more than the rest which makes it more dangerous for new people who enter the coin.

I am holding all DEX and I am still up on all of them. Kyber 2x, ZRX 10x and AST 1.5x. Marketcap of ZRX is the highest, AST the lowest, KNC in between. So I hope for the biggest growth from AST.

ZRX is like Etherdelta. Orderbook trading but through relayers... nice interface but low liquidity
KNC & AST secure liquidity through reserve managers or the Swap protocol catered for market makers. Kyber has a lot of partners to provide the users, AST still has to present something here (Team etc looks promising but I can't shill it as they are quite with what they are planning).

0x relayers have no liquidity. Meanwhile airswap has Mike fuckong Novogratz and Goldman Sachs. One caters to traders and airswap caters to everday people.
