But KNC's main focus is to be a decentralized exchange where as OMGs is to be a decentralized bank. OMG would be better off mastering the decentralized banking part so their decentralized exchange isn't half assed. KNC is only focusing on being a decentralized exchange so I'll assume that KNC will be better in that field.
