You were going to be paying out the ass a year ago. Prices were ruined by the crypto fad, the supply has been poached ever since, and right now is the worst time in history to be entering the PC enthusiast market.
There's just no point to doing anything on PC anymore. Don't bother. And definitely don't buy used. The used market is flooded with overpriced, burned out cards being sold by sons of bitches trying to screw people one more time.
