If they are working with banks, then there is almost certainly an NDA.
Big Banks are VERY cautious about shit that is new, and this is very new, but the potential certainly outweigh the potential risks.
That being said, the banks will most likely utilize each other's nodes for accessing off-chain data such as securities and bonds.
