I use coinspot atm mostly. Cash in and out easily. Never an issue with commonwealth bank. Block a payment once to coinbase, rang them, they said it was a security block and after confirming will no longer block any purchases from coinbase. Cashed out 2 days ago with 0 issues on coinspot with CBA.
