7. Get even deeper problems

to add- look into breathing exercises. this is another big one and really simple to fix. if you are breathing inefficiently, you are going to feel like shit, and if you do it long enough you barely notice you're doing it and you just feel like shit all the time without really knowing why. this is part of why meditation is so great- it teaches you belly breathing.

Make and consume your own kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc.

I take wellbutrin and buspar because I had horrible social anxiety. Now it doesn't make me this charming new socialite, but instead, I just don't care about going out and being social any more. I'm just way more content being myself now.

Generally if I'm gonna dose magnesium I will take 600-800mg before bed, empty stomach and a few hours from the last time I had anything with calcium. Helps you relax, and especially so if you'e done stims.

For vitamin d3, I take 10000 iu in the morning with a glass of coconut milk or, as calcium and d3 work together, kefir (from full-fat milk). d3 needs fat to help along absorption, so something fatty is ideal to have along with your gels.

Go easy on the fermented foods if you have anxiety because of the high histamine content.

Propranolol has been the only drug that works for me. I suffer from extreme performance anxiety. If I had to give a speech in school or work without propranolol I would completely freak out. Problem is that it's fattening so I only take it when I have to.
