someone fucked up on etherdelta and bought a miniscule amount of axd at a 13,200 eth/axd price. blockfolio pulls the last executed trade from the exchange to determine the price; this was the last trade at the time. in reality this was just a typo/error, the price isn't really that high. it will fix once it syncs with the latest trades again.

You're such a brainlet OP, if you look at the buy/sell walls for the day you can tell it was at an all time low due to whales forcing the coin to stay low. When the whales got rid of their walls, the coin jumped up. There you go, I was nice and explained it.
