It seems the price at the moment is due to the Kucoin competition (can win big with the highest trading volume). Big incentive at the moment to keep the price suppressed to accumulate volume via buys and sells.

Not great for the ICO folk but perfect for people who want to pick up relatively cheap.

The most important thing for this though in terms of moon potential is what other traders see as the marketcap and how much higher they think it can go, so if that's more favorable, it's good news.
