I have been blasting and cruising for a few years now. 250 test cruise and blasts vary. At the moment I am on 400 test, 500 deca.
I am not really a fan of cycling.
I started with 18, get regular health checks, and my doc knows what I do. I started with 250 test every 5 days, and I exploded, lol. after a few weeks I benched my previous max of 140kg for 5 sets of 5. It was crazy.
All I can say is get bloods done, start slow, and watch your diet a bit more.
10/10 would do again, no negatives and so many positives, also it is really cheap. We are all going to make it, especially if you jump on.
