I have been blasting and cruising for a few years now. 250 test cruise and blasts vary. At the moment I am on 400 test, 500 deca.

I am not really a fan of cycling.

I started with 18, get regular health checks, and my doc knows what I do.
I started with 250 test every 5 days, and I exploded, lol. after a few weeks I benched my previous max of 140kg for 5 sets of 5. It was crazy.


All I can say is get bloods done, start slow, and watch your diet a bit more.

10/10 would do again, no negatives and so many positives, also it is really cheap.
We are all going to make it, especially if you jump on.

Also there was a last week tonight episode that talked about PEDs and it just highlights how ignorant the average person is about them in general. The episode was pretty much "take steroids and you're guaranteed to win". I just hate the meme that people who take PEDs don't work hard, when the whole point is that they ENHANCE your performance.

And one tip: Always have at least one box of pharm grade nolvadex and an AI on hand, in case you get gyno.
