probably when you turn on the heating system and fire because of the heat triggering the shell.

Good heating system means the opposite...It means that the heat doesn't exit the tank thus making it invisible to heat seeker fgts.

We also need EMP shielding

Needs to be easy to repair, and with multiple parts being interchangeable for ease of production having to supply less spare parts

what about armor?

I think thin armor (3mm RHA) should be enough to stop 9mm and under rounds. Also open top and back are a must.

it must always break for no good reason whatsoever. It must be difficult to repair and hve very expensive replacement parts so we can make money.
