The anxiety thing is something you have to work on. There's no miracle drug that will help you. I had major panic attacks for years, I was constantly the guy at work who'd freak everyone out because of how spergy and anxious I was. I'm pretty much entirely over it now.
Firstly, you need to spend time every day deconstructive your anxious thoughts and feelings. This means dedicating time every single day to sitting somewhere in silence and comfort and working through the awkward feelings and situations you got yourself into and processing these LOGICALLY - you're training yourself here to slowly overcome the emotional\physical aspect of yourself by letting your rational mind take control. Part of this is going to involve facing up to the reality that people are assholes and you shouldn't pay them any heed. Stop being supplicative, learn to be assertive of your basic social rights.
Secondly, start an achievement\self-esteem journal. The point of this is to build up an external source of evidence that you ARE capable of overcoming your anxiety and enduring negative feelings and situations. You enter in little achievements you've made - even if they're small ones like stepping outside the house for 5 minutes...you use this to build confidence to do other, more challenging things.
Third, start exercising regularly and quit sugar. You'll notice this completely changes your 'subtle' body and the way energy works in your body, making you more relaxed.

Continuing on the issue of supplication. A huge part of anxiety IS about supplication, as weird as that may be to face. You're overly sensitive to other people, to their idea of you, to their rights and feelings to the point that you completely neglect your own. You have to harden up and become aggressive and take a no bullshit approach.
You've lost your job and could end up completely homeless, so what do you owe these people? You need to take the attitude that you're going to find a job to get by for now, but you're going to pay much less attention to how people perceive you. You're going to embrace your sperginess so far as it exists and not apologise for it - but you're going to work every day on building your assertiveness and stop giving a fuck what other people think.
Part of this is embracing the power of walking out of jobs. Tell yourself that you'll find a job and stick with it and fuck what other people think, BUT... if you want to you can walk out at any time. Knowing that you can walk out of a situation and not give a fuck is a huge part of having confidence. It's like talking to girls - if you're overly sensitive to saying the wrong thing they'll see you as boring... the best approach is to push the boundaries and learn to deal with the few occasions she'll tell you you've gone too far. Otherwise you'll remain powerless.
