what's so bad as history OP? I was srsly considering going back to school and getting a PhD in Jewish Studies after I make it in crypto.

Microbiology. I still miss some aspects of it, but then I remember that I'm making 2x right now from what I would be making had I stayed in Uni research.

No careers in it besides teaching realistically unless if you're very good at writing, plus any opinions that deviate from SJW agenda is generally met with pitchforks.

I think the first two jobs I wanted were pilot (probably cause I watched TaleSpin a lot) and construction engineer. For some reason I wanted to build huge bridges.

I just love reptiles and amphibeans, i used to catch snakes all summer, i had lizards growing up. wanted to study them or write about them. then i realized being a scientist is for women.

I always wanted to be an engineer. My brother dropped a kid on my family after he snapped and tried to kill his girlfriend. I had to miss 120 days of my final year of highschool and it caused me to flunk out. I've spent the past 3 years raising my nephew with no hopes for my own future.

Wanted to be a train engineer as a kid. Thought for a long time I'd end up as a doctor because that was what my successful father did. Ended up actually becoming a mechanical engineer because I was good at it and I could tolerate doing that every day.

Very wholesome, but yeah much better as a hobby than a career, you ever considered owning lizards again? How are they as pets?

Honestly my parents would only buy me the cheap green and brown anoles and bahama anoles, they're like 5 dollar feeder lizards lol. I used to catch baby garter and corn snakes and put them in their cage. I had one live for 5 or 6 years, the rest would die within a year or two. I would have probably had to study biology to become a herpetologist, and I am more into computer technology. learned Gentoo at age 15 11 years ago lol. bio was always hard and esoteric, a computer you can actually touch and view source code, biology requires cutting something open to view its code... thanks for th reply.

If I were to get lizards again, i'd look into a chameleon, bearded dragon, water dragon, gecko. THere's a famous reptile shop near me and they've got albino stuff pygmy stuff, giant stuff, they're fascinating to look at. I really like the water dragons, but i'd want a terrarium where it can live with little turtles and frogs too without eating each other.

DUde hermit crabs are so boring, if you want them make sure you have something else in their terrarium. If I ever do that terrarium thing it'll have some breeding little fish as food in the water part. The heat lamp was like 40 bucks, and the crickets were less than a dollar for 2 weeks worth of food, some people breed the crickets but they chirp at night if you do that.... Look into water dragons, and legless lizards, they're as exotic as I ever found that would still be very easy to keep alive. :)

Also another bump/bonus, if you had an insane amount of wealth would you try to pursue your childhood career dream again?
