It's not mathematically unreasonable given the supply to expect FUN to reach around $1 at its peak. If casinos buy this coin, I think that's a reasonable place for the price to land although I'd be absolutely fine with even half of that.

That's exactly why casinos will essentially be forced to buy FUN for their own longevity. Even if FUN itself isn't used, casinos will inevitably have to adopt a crypto of some kind that 100% guarantees fairness - and FUN is the only backend version.
Once FUN is used, people will flock to the place that is the most fair gambling area. Casinos that don't adopt it get left behind. Casinos that adopt it early have more FUN which can either be used for their own casino, or they can loan to other casinos for guaranteed dividends to make use of their extra coins that don't plan to use.
