This is not a dip. Just compare this to the Dec. 21st dip and the Jan. 17th dip. Look at the MACD, this isn't a panic-fueled dip like those, it's whales deliberately driving the price lower. You can see exactly what they're doing if you watch the Bitfinex orderbook. Who knows where their target is, but I think it's somewhere in the mid-5k region. Buying the dip is not a rational strategy right now, just wait until we have some upward momentum again.
