Well you define an uptrend when it's broken previous structure and then it needs to make an higher high. Like the last leg ends at 9450~ so it needs to break that level and make a following higher high to be an uptrend.

PS. If you want to go long on the coins, wait for an inverse head and shoulder pattern to establish and go long on the break of the neckline. Else you might want to short at the 8k level, wait for pinbars there or a lot of wicks from the topside of the bars.
