As someone that works in IT for large e-commerce business, 10+ hrs of hard downtime for the production site is literally disaster and should never happen, a few hrs of downtime while failing everything over to DR site at the worst

This could potentially end them, or it should, there is alternative exchanges people should be taking hard look at transferring funds too as soon as this comes back up (if at all), i think the only thing that will save them is that alot of people are too stupid and lazy to make the effort to move to and learn to use another
