i made 6 neo, was going to convert them to btc and then withdraw from a bitcoin atm, but right when i got there, binance crashed. now the atm is showing that it is out of cash on coinatmradar and my binance looks like pic related.

the bitcoin atm took 5 visits to be able to withdraw the first time. FIVE FUCKING VISITS.

>lose wallet 3 days later and need cash

>only takes 2 hours
>get text while in at lunch

>send bitcoin
>leave
>only takes one hour then i get a text saying its ready

>machine throws generic error that people online say means the machine is out of cash

>they assure me it will work
>go back the next day
