Why do Americans not have tap when paying for shit at stores?
Whenever I buy something at a store I simply wave my wallet at their machine, hear a beep then I fucking leave with the shit I bought. I don't even have to talk to anyone.
When I went to the states I used my credit card, I had to fucking SWIPE it(they don't even accept the chip) and then SIGN a receipt.

We actually had a tap method briefly. I remember hearing about it but never actually had a card with it. The chip came out and basically nullified it though
