its a ledger, so you're fine if you set it up as new with words generated on the device, and when you plug into the official wallet it doesnt complain about being a fake device.
now if you received a keepkey or trezor i would throw that shit in the trash because there's no way to verify it's not generating bad seeds or otherwise backdoored.
