you're right I know. I actually used to be a fitness instructor and measured my macros, ran half marathons, etc. but post grad school job stress and blowing my fat salary on craft beer and eating out didn't help. i'm getting back there though, cut alcohol out to start this year, more diligent about cal tracking and i'm seeing the lean shape come back. i workout about 5-6x a week but my workouts are pathetic in intensity compared to my 20's, i just mail it in...must be lower test or some shit. desu though just with turning the tide, my fat face has improved a bit... it'll happen. still think there's a post 30 fat face issue that you can only do so much about though
