With AI? No with AI its only as smart as the number of layers the deep learning neural network is capable of. AI can easily outsmart humans. Also you don't program AI when it comes to deep learning neural networks. You train them, the machines actual brain is a black box beyond that.

Neural networks are fully capable of this. The architecture is very similar to our brains. This is already possible now. The aspects that are missing is effective ways to train the technology.
