Financing a house

>financing a house

the 15 year 3% fixed rate seemed pretty fair

agree user. just lmao @ plebs.

>needing shelter

I'll bite.

Whats the problem?

Hah ya only total brainlets use credit leverage to increase profit margins

>paying in cash instead of investing it for more than house interest

With mortgage rates

>paying interest
>buying stuff you can’t afford

>having a family

This desu

>posting brainlets

>liiving somewhere where a decent a house is under a quarter mill

no thanks. I don't like niggers or cows as my neighbors

um sweetie there are no blacks in the countryside. you can't be this stupid.

>3% mortgage rate
>houses extremely overvalued
Lol

T.idiot

t. can't make lousy 3% gains

>derr millennial who saw his parents home value crash in 2008 and ima scurred of investin in da babblepawp
>though it was a few year blip and house prices are now back to where they were so that if you bought the dip OR HODL you would be pretty much good

T. Retard who gives thousands to a bank instead of paying cash for an appreciating asset

t. can't into leverage

Damn poorfags not buying a house cash, I lmao at your life.
I was blessed enough to find a nice big house I could pay cash with, but the LARPing here is strong.
There's nothing wrong financing a house, unless you like living in your mom's basement forever.

Yeah this is basic stuff. OP is a Grade A retard.

>not buying a house/condo to become airbnb slumlord in a tourist city
>property now becomes passive income asset
>can write off cost to furnish, mortgage, utilities, repairs and upgrades for taxes
This is the only reason to purchase. Rent where you live, buy where you dont. The ability to be able to move across the country for new opportunities is far more important. What happens if you get a job offer in another state that pays double? Selling your home you live in would be a night mare when you arent even in state.

Who here didn’t sell a single coin?

I bought the dip and averaged down my whole stack. Feels good that if the market gets back to pre-crash levels, I’ll be up 50% from where I was last time.
