One of the goals of the token is to make regulation a more streamlined and transparent process for regulators, operators, and patrons using dpl platforms.

FUN is only a platform for the infrastructure. Business who want to run the casinos on the FUN need to make sure they are doing so by following regulations.

I already mentioned above. There is already online gambling (controversial area in terms of laws/regulations) and FUN's platform will never take off. Casinos/gambling sites will not be using it, it is redundant vaporware. I can go on but you seem to not care and only bagholders remain after the Bittrex delisting of FUN

Regulations differ by countries. It is also up the the casino provider to handle. For example in the UK they have applied for Gambling License, which should make things easier.
They also have a functioning demo, do you really think it is that hard to make it into reality?
