Pure scamcoin. Read the reddit thread that was posted in the last thread you posted. This is less sophisticated than the billion coin.

must be a pretty elaborate scam to give away 10million poly for free, valued at 15mil$ currently.

Government will eventually rule all coins to be securities. There is no way that poly wont take off. Also they mentioned several times that they have 20k+ issuers who will be using their platform. If true, that's already more coins that will be created via poly than created on eth right now

1. Make big ass ICO advertising campaign
2. Create large hype
3. After like 30k people signed up, cancel ICO
4. Collect 59MM$ through private deals
4. Give whitelisted people a few coins for free so they not mad
5. List token on exchange
6. Since nobody could buy during ICO they all FOMO in
7. Tradable supply on exchange is anemic
8. Tokens from private sale likely have some locking period during which they can't be dumped
Not sure if the price will continue to moon once tradable supply increases.
