My absolute favorite use for honey is putting it on cottage cheese (large curd, of course). It's one of my favorite simple foods ever, has been my whole life. However, I don't eat it very often, because if I have cottage cheese in the house, I'll eat the whole container in a day, just occasionally snacking on it with honey. That's naughty.
Mixing honey with coconut oil and putting it on my face when I have a bad rash for ten minutes.
