I use my credit card exclusively and have the balance paid off automatically each month. Mine is 2.5% cash back on everything. So I get $250 back on every $10,000 that I charge.

with cards you get back 1-5% or other rewards depending on purchase type/reward structure, are protected against fraud and theft, and can chargeback the merchant if you get screwed over
