>pegging crypto to oil
>Cannot make insane gains

Why would anyone invest in this scam? This is like Bancor ICO except the Bancor token can be traded for eth and a few other coins that have value. Nobody is going to give me a barrel of oil for this scam coin.

where can I buy this shit?

Yes of course it is. Last attempt of Maduro before regime collapses.

biggest pump and dump in the history of crypto, i am going to laugh my ass off with you faggots who put money on it. You clearly don´t know chavismo or Maduro if you even remotely think about buying this shit.

>t. a venezuelan expat

Yeah if you arent trying to make money off this, youre a fucken retard

This. Ffs can someone explain HOW DO I GET INTO THIS ICO??
Leave politic discussions for pol no one cares about that

My main fear is that he loses the next election and then the whole thing could be scraped by the successor, and lets be honest with the economic troubles they've had the only way I see him maintaining power is through more voter fraud (a potential possibility). Another thing is that Venezuela appears to be highly corrupt, not only do I disagree with supporting the country financially as they are authoritative anti-capitalists and anti-freedom but I also fear that the petro token will get gutted or have a problem similar to the tether issue whereby the amount of oil to back the token up doesn't exist or it is considered from future possible reserves or something like that. I will do some further research as it is an interesting proposal but I won't be putting any of my capital towards it. With that said I wish them the best of luck and I hope Venezuela is able to steer away from their current ideology which has done nothing but cause tremendous suffering and poverty for the ordinary Venezuelan.

Can't tell if joking.

Investing in this ICO is basically putting your money in tether and hoping you get rich.

No, it's less likely that Tether runs away with your money.

>Yes if it makes me money
this
moralfags stay poor while I make millions of sending ammo to africa

Yes you are far likelier to get get exit scammed with this ICO than tether

What exchange is this coin on

It’s not a bad deal as far as getting around US sanctions if you want to buy venezeulan oil but the banks will fuck you for trying, but it’s also a huge risk because you can’t trust anything Venezuela prints, so they may end up selling oil at a discount, or the tokens become worthless when the regime collapses and the next guy refuses to redeem them.

I mean the things are either going to trade around the price of oil, at a discount because Venezuela wants cash, or it will drive the price of oil up because it circumvents sanctions and lets a whole lot of money flow in to oil. Probably not that last one because an increased supply would drive the price of oil down, but if some billionaires buy up the Petro under the assumption the price will go up because “crypto!” while Venezuela doesn’t have to actually deliver because no one is actually redeeming it.

>tfw gonna buy exactly 1 just to make fatburgers mad
THANK YOU BASED MADURO

I don't get it, why don't they start filling little tubes with oil and start trading that instead of their hyper inflated currency? Does this make sense?

In my head it makes sense...

If you buy this you're unironically a socialist and you should kys asap.

who the fuck cares, shut up venezuela fagg
