Even better than that, it's a coolboot hack. Firmware updates can't stop it after it's installed. It took 4 years of 3DS hacking to get there.

This is stupid, Nintendo bought the rest of Nvidia's Tegra X1s on the cheap, the same chipset found in the Nvidia Shield TV and some cars' infotainment systems.
The Shield TV routinely retails for $150 and sometimes falls even lower. It even runs Android so there's no barrier to mining at all.
