I've just been through the top 100 wallets and made note of those with activity within the last 7 days. The info is flagged as spam so it's here as picrelated. Took me a while.. yes im autistic
I don't understand why some wallets seem to send LINK to various other wallets, but aren't selling them. Could they be other Binance wallets other than the ones labelled? Are they people splitting their LINK into multiple wallets? Or is it part of the nodes - are they being tested and sending each other LINK as a test of the intended network?
Also, AssBlaster said there would be a new wallet. A couple new wallets have appeared in the last 2 weeks, but nothing since AB's prediction.
Do you think that >whales are accumulating Or are they dumping? Info is provided in pic and intended to provoke a discussion here.
Leo Flores
are they planning on buying high to sell low???
Thomas Kelly
If they're smart, user.

Overall, there are more wallets increasing in LINK than decreasing, in the last 7 days.
Seriously though does anyone have any idea about wallet #45? The ones which have many many transactions in/out that go to many different wallets. Looks a bit like an exchange but with way fewer transactions. Could my node test idea make any sense?
Parker Cooper
>#45 sorry, I meant #43.
a couple of the top 100 wallets receive link from #43, but it's not labelled as an exchange...
Tyler White
keep the info beans coming.
Carter Stewart
I'm interested in the discussion with smarter anons than me. could be shadow partners distributing link across a team. could be testing nodes.
i cant remember off the top of my head but i did track a top wallet that sent link to a bunch of other wallets that held an even 19k each. there was another one that had the same thing that sent link to wallets that were in the neighborhood of 30k even if i remember correctly
Grayson Stewart
imagine how that guy who bought 800k link yesterday at 7150 sats must feel now
Asher Robinson
If he bought that much he might be intending on staking it in a node in future. So he probably feels fine.
Cameron Gray
He's probably not going to look at it for a year so he DGAF
Dude likely was just happy there was enough volume to finally be able to buy 800k without clearing the entire sellbook out and driving the price up 50%.
Adrian Hall
Split between wallets for nodes. I have just under 100k in 4 wallets. If one gets hacked I hopefully will be fine etc.
Hudson Rodriguez
OK so my first observation is that wallet 43 has an order of magnitude less transactions in total than the Binance and Etherdelta ones. This indicates to me that 43 is not actually an exchange, because the volume is a lot less. He only had transactions 1788 total, and only existed for 43 days... do the exchanges have babby wallets like this?
He started with 900,000 43 days ago, bought from binance, and has 969,000 now - so maybe he's somehow accumulating through trading in a complex manner?
Mason Robinson
exchanges have cold and hot storage - so yes. This also helps prevent large hacks etc.
If you look at his transactions out, they usually end up in small babby wallets. If this was an exchange, this would mean those transactions are moving to binance user's wallets on binance. I highly doubt that every one of them is holding and not selling/trading, you know how ADHD people are with coins. seems like they all just hold.

#2 wallet dumped 8million on binance 13 days ago >muh exit scam
#2 wallet actually received 250k from 0xa5b0ff6fe20d1a9dffb190365c3978c82de82837 79 days ago
he received a fuck tonne of link from x0466a804c880cd5f225486a5d0f556be25b6fcc8 which is another wallet that also received from #43
so 43 sends to x0466... who sends link to 0xa5... who sends to #2 who sends to binance...
am i thinking over this too much?
John Cooper
>am i thinking over this too much? no, keep going
Evan Russell
No, I'm following you user, it's interesting
Benjamin Nguyen
Is the #2 wallet Sergey? Or one of the advisors or something? Why was it receiving funds from anyone at all, ever? Why would they need to buy from an exchange, if they're literally the founders of ChainLink? that's odd if 43 is an exchange then the transfer to x0466 would be the user's binance wallet, then 0xa5 would be non-exchange wallet like MEW? so these transactions could mean #2 was buying from an exchange, but it makes no sense why they would do that
Is it someone splitting funds across several wallets because of paranoia over safety? Seems unlikely because he sends bizarre amounts with decimal places.
what is happening
Caleb Diaz
what % of top 100 are insiders?
why would insiders move around link?
who is incentivized to buy large quantities?
who is incentivzed to sell?
how do you prep for a launch?
why must I feel like dat? why must I chase the cat?
Mason Rodriguez
OK ignore what I just said. #2 wallet buys from Binance all the time. Who is it tho?
I want to know what is going on with 43 aaah
Levi Foster
OK, I think 43 is Binance, but another babby wallet. Some of the transfers OUT, these new wallets, when they buy more LINK, do so from Binance wallets. They are small wallets. So mystery of 43 is solved. There are a few more like that, let's assume they're exchanges.
>what % of top 100 are insiders? I hope it's a lot, user.
Robert Gonzalez
>Is it someone splitting funds across several wallets because of paranoia over safety?
This is possible. I'm strongly considering breaking my LINK stack into 20% chunks just so my eggs aren't all in one basket.
Easton Richardson
I appreciate your investigation user
if there are currently 350M link in the wild, what % is held by these top wallets?
Hunter Walker
I was looking at some of the wallets around me (250-300) and it was a mix. Some have been holding for 100 days plus & just have 1 translation. Some have been buying recently. & Surprisingly, a fair amount have sold some of their stack recently
Aaron Torres
Actually his first transaction ever was receiving 1,000,000,000 TRX and it´s still its largest holding. But that's not the only interesting thing, have you checked the comments of the address?
Andrew Rogers
How big would each chunk be?
Adam Jenkins
the plot thickens...
plz share comments
Levi Martinez
30k.
Noah Howard
Why do you think splitting your stack like that would be safer? Just so that everything isnt under a single private key? I've not considered splitting .y stack cause then that's just an extra private key I have to think about securing. Isn't it better if everything is under 1 address? It's not going anywhere as long as you've got your key.
Robert Robinson
Comments are funny. Looks like an exchange, people crying about making mistakes in their transactions
The Top 10 holders collectively own 76.38% (763,840,716.07 Tokens) of ChainLink Token
Tokens Total Supply: 1,000,000,000.00 Tokens | Total Token Holders: 19344
I don't know if those are the big institutional players we're hoping for, how many LINK?
>But that's not the only interesting thing, have you checked the comments of the address? No, can you explain? How do you view the other tokens they have?
Luke Scott
>Isn't it better if everything is under 1 address? It's not going anywhere as long as you've got your key. Only if you have hardware or paper wallet. I wouldn't trust some firefox addon with milions of dollars worth tokens
Austin Wilson
Ah, I'll do that next time. Sorry, retard here
bunch of retards, funny. must be an exchange
Kevin Wood
Security is never perfect. Even just splitting a stack onto say, 3 ledgers would provide less chance of losing it all.
Aiden Collins
BOI What u did Wasted get, that could have fuelled LINKs mars mission >:(
Jordan Wilson
Only 19,344 of us...we can change the world
Brayden Young
Exactly, it appears to be a fairly recent binance wallet that operates trough smart contract, However we would have to ask every person that commented there what exactly happened to be able to discern if they lost their tokens by mistake or if it's something else.
Jack Nguyen
Look at the comments for wallet #2. fucking kek. pajeets and someone needing sex reassignment surgery.
I am now going to check comments of a these big wallets, fukin lol
Daniel Carter
pretty sure AB was referring to CoinMetro

I have a trezor & ledger, Im using trezor & mew at the moment. It works fine. If you have 20k crypto plus, you should get a hardware wallet.
Just learn how to set up an Offline Wallet with MyEtherWallet or get a ledger wallet.
Cameron White
Not wasted, witnessed in yet another link thread. the amount of didgets link is getting right now is not normal user.
Jayden Turner
explain?
Pic related is Binance wallet, everyone got scammed and followed the transaction, where coins were sold on Binance. Haaaa
Lincoln Moore
I put 100 Links each in 20 different paper wallets as security against my own weak hands. The other half of my stack is in my main wallet. But some of the paper wallets are in some places they will never be found, lol. I buried one 3 miles out in the woods, there's a few in my attic, and a few taped on the underside of different drawers. Thinking about doing more in different denominations too
Lincoln Scott
im close that stage but with my 4 ledgers lol
Benjamin Murphy
what are transaction fees?
Christian Adams
What is throw 0.01 Eth in each, Alex? If I use a wallet, it will be drained. Plus these are long holds, and by then, that 0.01 ETH might be a bit more than pocket change
Liam Ortiz
Could this have anything to do with me buying 1 link today = $1000eoy
Dominic Parker
I can give you a prediction for the EOY price, as long as you give me the following:
>how many nodes are there? >what is the average staking amount of each node? >what is the buy pressure for new nodes? >how much LINK is being committed to smart contract execution? >how much LINK is performing liquid transactional work within the ecosystem? >how far along is adoption? >how hot is the speculative frenzy at the moment? >is linkpool operational and successful?
Just get back to me with all of those, and I can give you an EOY prediction that isn't a piece of shit pulled directly from my ass.
Samuel Reed
#68 is my wallet Don't have control over any of the other addresses.
Ryder Stewart
cheers guess it was binance after all
Zachary Brown
Hi! few things to start off with =] 1. yes I added you because you're a autistic, 'tis an awesome thing to see! 2. I'm Brian. 3. Don't be intimidated, but I'm not a stereotypical investor. If anything, I'll be the one on the blockchain!
Owen Turner
thanks just hacked 100k
Henry Fisher
I only have $7k and nano ledger it's still worth it for just 99$
Samuel Sullivan
Nice dubs
Adrian Peterson
fucking hell this irritates me
Isaac Robinson
y-you too
Joshua Smith
wallet 2 is binances cold wallet. goddamn thats basic guys
Jayden Morris
Took a while for someone to tell them
Asher Diaz
That's 19k wallets, right? Probably significantly less people. Fuck though 70% controlled by top 10 wallets, is that normal for a token?
Levi Hughes
>circulating supply >there’s a billion coins linkbro
William Hall
I chortled
Nathan Evans
That's still 20% of total -- if they don't accumulate any more
