they already paid the listing fee for a "3 large exchanges", they don't say which ones because it's against NDA. Skycoin will get listed, but nobody knows when, it all depends on exchanges now.

Truth in this though, decentralised internet is being picked up and tried out also in non-crypto ways, even though right now its working on small scales, it can never go big because the costs are to expensive and there's no incentivisation except for the good of the community.

Likely we will need some kind of incentivised alternative such as SkyCoin.

The fees (and bribes) are paid, but chink exchanges are a nightmare to deal with, they never tell the exact bribe amount you're supposed to give them, but they think they gave them enough to be bumped up in the waiting list to be listed soon-ish.
