LEASING A CAR IN YOUR 20s? LOL TOP KEK

bro you are actually stupid, your only solid advice is not getting a GF. I had a gf for 2.5 years and from my calculations it cost me about 12.5K dates, eating out, partying, gifts, travel

im doing that, and i'll be rich i hope.. 25... only money in crypto... less than 15k altogether.. then you see some normies doing all that, and be rich nontheless... money is just a flow of energy... unfortunately for you and me, it is attracted to certain types of people, we can alter that ofcourse... but its easy to be bitter... when some try not, but be intrinsically be born with it all... we can work toward it still... i suppose..

my house in aus has gone from 550k to 870k in the last year and a half and i currently rent it for 350$ more than the mortgage im paying, stay poor lmao

40-year-old oldfag here. Hate on this guy all you want, but this would pretty much be my advice to anyone in their 20s, wagecuck or otherwise.

jesus, this housing bubble is going to crash fuckin hard

I live in NYC and dont even own a car I only included that for the flyovers. Renting is cheaper than buying until about 10 years and buying edges out. If you stay in 1 place for 10 years your a cuck.

>5 star hotel
>2k/week

uhh no. try 2k a day honey

>pretending to be alpha on Veeky Forums

also this

best time to focus on getting a woman is when you're broke

>why pay an escort, just go on tinder fuck for free
Hey bruv, I have this insane itch on my dick. Guess I'll fork $1000 to go see a specialist for that shit

What's wrong with buying a small house that you can easily afford?

>No vacations in your 20s
Check
>No relationships in your 20s
I had some, don't want any more in near future. Many reasons. First of all it's very time consuming and drains lot of energy. In regards to money it costs as well. Put it altogether and you will end up running and maintaining relationship more exhausting and expensive than running your own business. It varies, but life is shit. One night stands and short relationships are ok, but don't get overexcited since everyone wants to fuck and party in their 20s and she also does. Get in, but don't forget about something meaningful.
>No buying a house in your 20s RENT
I managed to get my own living with monthly payment less than renting, but this is Europe, and it was kinda sketchy how I got to this scheme
>No buying a car in your 20s
Yes, get a 1000$ shitbox with very small maintenance cost you can throw away and buy new once in 2-3 years when it will brake. Add 100-300$ to audio and you're set. You don't need a fresh Lexus or Mercedes S63 to drive your important ass at this age.
Also, don't fall on instragram lifestyle, this is way to nowhere.

>youll get rich by not spending money

you have to make it first idiot

what if i don't have money for escorts, renting, or leasing?

Money will not fix your subhumanity

Fuck this advice. Take vacation. You're going to die eventually, enjoy life in the meantime. What you shouldn't do is take a 6-month unpaid sabbatical to 'find yourself', nor should you blow a ton on an expensive location/amenities.

Relationships are fine but DO NOT get married and DO NOT sacrifice your job for her. Marriage is a death sentence at this age and you need to continue to work on your career mostly.

Escorts lol. I have no problem buying whores but it's not frugal advice, especially girls that would call themselves escorts.

Buy vs rent depends on your situation. Generally I agree it's better to remain mobile.

Buy vs leasing a car. Are you retarded? This is the worst advice here. No one should EVER lease a car, least of all someone trying to be frugal. Just get a basic new Civic. $400 payments and you can drive it for 15 years.

>no advice on income
>200$ escorts instead of Tinder

>$400 payments
lol @ not taking uber, bike, and public transport everywhere for at least half that, and not having to pay extra for gas and insurance and registration and tickets and vandalism

this

I'm 25 and just found out my kidneys are failing. Live your fucking lives dudes youll be dying before you know it

>No buying a house in your 20s RENT

Depends on exactly what you mean by this, and where you live in the world.

Ya buying right now in many places is complete shit. I'm Canadian, near Vancouver, I'd have to be mental to buy at these current prices today. Rentings pretty bad too though with annual increases of about 4-5% per year; the average 1bedroom apartment unit has gone from like $700 per month on the outskirts/surrounding towns of Vancouver to about $1000+ over the last 5 years.

I'm a bit older though, 33, and was lucky to buy my own 2 bedroom condo like 8-9 years ago for a good price. Sucks for younger people today trying to buy for sure.

>No buying a car in your 20s
>LEASE

this is also kinda dumb if you don't actually need to maintain appearances of a brand new car as part of your career (keeping up with the Joneses so to speak)

During most of my 20s I just drove a cheap ~$5k car that I bought outright. It wasn't the sexiest, but it wasn't awful either, and it didn't really impede my success in life because I wasn't in a position where I had to compete with my peers over who had the nicer vehicle.

We do 50/50 on every expense. Feels great

>rent no buy

Why?

From what I see, renting is more expensive in the long term

The one rationale for "rent no buy" is if you live in a place hit hard by a housing bubble and if you are bound to move often.

In any other case, especially if you live inner city, your investment can't really go wrong.

Not always an option. If you live in a city then yea sure this is the smarter idea but often times a car is required, especially in the US.

Also I've seen some people post monthly uber bills that are twice a car payment. It's convenient sure but as with most things you have to be careful and know where the trade off point is.

If you lock yourself into a mortgage for 20+ years then it severely limits your ability to take risks (and receive rewards) as you always need to be working in a steady wageslave job to make repayments.

If you want to be well off and have a comfortable retirement then a safe (but not guaranteed) way is to buy a property but if you want to be rich then you need to be able to take risks.

> Falling for the RENTJEW

Buying a house in the suburbs is cheaper than paying rent near a major metropolitan city and you end up with equity.

> Escorts
DESU I agree with this senpai, I wasted so much $ on a girlfriend of 6 years and the sex was only good after we broke up. I disagree on the vacation, go on a sex tour in Eastern Europe, Asia or Latin America. You get more for your money with high-end escorts. It also helps with figuring out what you want, once you've sampled the different flavors of women.

>having a gf

>Buying a house in the suburbs is cheaper than paying rent near a major metropolitan city and you end up with equity.

This is true but there's opportunity cost involved. Assuming you have a normie wagecuck job your commute likely just became exponentially longer. If you live in a major metro area you can often get away with not owning a car at all (so no gas, insurance, maintenance payments), but when you live in the suburbs you pretty much have to own a vehicle.

Not saying equity isn't nice, I own a condo and I'm happy I do, but it's not as simple as you're saying. Plus house prices in many places are approaching all time highs with fears that we'll see a bit of a crash in the coming years, so it adds risk that way as well.

than you def dont have money for a gf, or buying

use a condom

>Completely waste your 20's acting old so you can act young when you're old

Here's the key element; But can you sell it for that price today ?

When someone says "I'm selling x price" it's a fucking sell order, god knows when it'll come. It's like saying "Hey I'm selling bitcoin for $100k"

My liver has failed, waiting on a donor. I never even drank, just bad luck. Almost 30 and I've never travelled, didn't spend any time with my family, and have only had 1 gf.
If I could do it all again I'd go travelling, buy less shit, spend more time with loved ones, and work less. Oh and buy btc really early

why rent when i can live with my parents? and why not buy? i’m planning of buying a property, living with my parents and putting 90% of my wage into
mortgage repayments.

i did all of those in my 20s and im rich in my 30s

>throw away your youth and don't buy a house goy.

Sorry to hear that user. It's always sad when an user is hurting.
I'll be praying to Jesus for you. Spend time with your family and also perhaps try eating high amounts of saturated fats from animal meat (lamb is my favorite, look into eating raw meat too since you in an extreme situation) and avoiding too many veggies that are laborsome for your body to digest.

Here are some resources that I would look into. Eating a Low carbohydrate high fat diet (allowing your body to fuel itself on fat instead of sugar) might actually help. It's called a Ketogenic diet.

Personally, I've been eating a keto diet for about a month and a half and I've never felt better. Also have eaten some raw meat (lamb only). Best to you.
