I actually like Gordon Ramsay's cooking videos. They don't include many details, like the exact measurements needed, but it's enough to use as a reference when looking up recipes. He moves quickly with very little irrelevant commentary, which is very much appreciated. I don't have the patience to sit through a 10 minute video, even on youtube's double speed playback.
