could be anything, maybe they really are privately selling to people interested and not just on binance. That's what the tokens are for after all. We know they've contracted out parts of the programming, it could be that. They could just be using all of the wallets for the node operators fund and it could be that. I can't really tell, but it does appear that they are sending them to individual people's wallets given the tokens in the recievers.

Or the wallet that got its funds from the dev. wallet is no longer a chainlink wallet and were just witnessing something that has nothing to do with chainlink.

But already he says it'll be more of a foundation than a company and that he wants to ensure small players can afford the network too, which kind of implies only big players would unless they made efforts to keep cheap nodes.

Some of the wallets that have been transferred to from wallet #142 have ended up selling to binance - these are ones from the past, not recently. So it kind of doesn’t fit with the interpretation that they’re direct deals with Sergey. Because why would they sell their LINK if they acquired it for nodes?
