Simple stuff

So there is this girl with me at work, that always cook something and brings it for me.
Pastries,cake and even pudding.
I want to return the favor, is there some recipes that aloof like myself can follow without burning the house and take short time?

In the interest of preserving quality across the boards please refrain from posting anime outside of /a/.
Thank you.

Be honest with yourself on something here: are you considered at least moderately attractive and scrupulously hygienic to the point where people assume without having to ask that you wash your hands after using the bathroom and your home is spotless?

If there is even a shadow of doubt in your mind, your coworkers will probably feel imposed upon and while they will act grateful outwardly (most likely), they will also be stressed out by having to put on an act to avoid humiliating you, and they will secretly put your food in the garbage when you're not looking.

>refrain from posting anime
>on image board made for anime in the first place
What happened to my 4chin?
Dude, she's baiting you in with good food.
LITERALLY.
Ask her out.

If you wanted us to post more anime food, all you had to do was ask user. No need to be tsundere about it.

OP, bake bread. Everyone like bread, bread goes with any lunch. When you get good at it, that shit can look impressive. It doesn't take a great deal of skill to learn the basics, just time management and patience.

...

Follow this it's quite simple.

Easiest Nutella Brownies
Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

1. Grease a 9 x9 baking pan and preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl with a large wooden spoon until batter is smooth. Pour into baking pan and smooth top with spatula.
2. Bake for about 15 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Careful not to bake too long otherwise brownies will dry out. Let brownies cool and set before cutting and serving.

>on image board made for anime in the first place
Veeky Forums is not an animu image board, user.
Why are weebs so fucking dumb?

...

Please explain me this eating in toilet meme.

Everywhere on Veeky Forums is anime-friendly, there's like a 75% chance that the banner at the top of your window is anime-related. If you don't like it you need to find another website because anime has been here from the start and it's never leaving. The OP gif was both anime and food-related, if you're that easily triggered then this is not the site for you.

social anxiety, people eat their lunches in the bathroom to avoid people. I never actually saw it when I was in school, I think it would probably make your situation worse if anything.

>If you don't like it you need to find another website
I'm fine just here, weeb.

Buddy you don't look fine. You look like you're having a stroke over some asian cartoons

Apparently not if you can't see a related anime image without feeling the need to express your anal pain. Since your original post the number of anime images has increased from 1 to 9, 10 now. I relish in the uptick in your autism every time you see anime in this thread.

>I'm fine just here
>gets mad at cartoons

Press F to pay respects.

weebs ruin everything.

If you dont cook a lot, and short on time, just bring in some take out food. If you are dead set on making something and bringing it in - whatever it is - practice making it a few times. Have some honest friends give you feedback before you drop it on a coworker.

And before you start looking for recipes I would suggest doing a little research into what said girl likes to eat. You don't want to bring in some super spicy dish or braised pork belly only to find out she doesn't eat that kind of food.

>easily butthurt manchildren ruin everything
FTFY

isn't all that stuff just gonna get stale in a day

The ones posting anime posted recipes related to the topic, you just posted that you hate people.

exposed to open air it'll get less than totally fresh within an hour or so, so there are probably other people that will be showing up soon wondering why she started without them

You seem stressed out, user-kun. Have you been skipping your ラジオ体操?

Nice attempt to keep this thread on the rails.

>bring in some take out food
I'm fine with that.
What would make a good work snack?
Also I have to bring to everyone not only her right?
Is cake good?

just go buy fresh cookies from some local shop and say you made them yourself

And don't try and out dessert her if she is bringing in cakes and sweets for you. You don't want to look like a competition right off the bat.

So no to Although the idea is nice

And is right, ask her out.

catering platters like those nugget ones from chik fil-a are always nice. If you bring just enough take-out for two people and give some to her saying you're "returning the favor" or "wanting to give something to her as well" then you don't potentially have to buy for everyone.

Dude, if she is taking time to bake cake out her day the last thing you want to do is bring in a store bought cake - that you will pay too much for anyway.

You are basically telling her you can get better cake. Do not make or bring anything to the workplace that she makes. Not at first anyway, especially if she prides herself on making these things.

>Nobody has suggested serving her some tube steak.
Really?

Just bake a sponge cake or some brownies or whatever

When she brought pudding, did she bring enough for everyone or just you?

Enough for every body.

Last time I heard this was a pedo, shooter, misogynistic gamers, racist imageboard where celebrity porn gets leaked get with the times kiddo

Bring in a subway or jimmy johns platter and call it a day then.

...

or following this idea buy some bread, cheese, meat, veggies and put together your own sandwich platter. I mean, you can make a sammich, correct?

kek

that took me a while

it enhances the foods natural umami

is there some joke in the runes

plz explain

No, it's that he read off of his shirt because he doesn't know any japanese.

There is a girl regularly bringing him home made food. Unless she sees him as some kind of mangy stray animal that needs feeding, I don't think that kind of response is likely.

Take her out for a meal. It doesn't have to be anywhere fancy and shouldn't be McDonalds or that kind of place. Drinks would also probably suffice.

I don't really think bringing her in something is what she wants. Though she wouldn't hate it

>brings it for me
>brings it for us

Which one is it? These are completely different.

Also, are you looking for something to give her to take home, or something to eat together in your lunch break?

He is using the english on japanese guy's shirt as a subtitle

>Which one is it?
Well, she bring something and distribute it nearly everyone in the office.
With exception of piece or two that she save for me or give me to take home.

>eat together in your lunch break
Preferably this.

>Well, she bring something and distribute it nearly everyone in the office.
dude she's not making food for you please don't bring her anything if you don't want a restraining order

Buy a plain cake from the supermarket and write her name on it in icing (maybe your name too). Everyone can have a piece if they want, but she takes home the leftovers.

That or bring in some nice fruit.

>Buy a plain cake from the supermarket and write her name on it in icing (maybe your name too)
are you shitting me

...

>social anxiety, people eat their lunches in the bathroom to avoid people.
It's to run away from bullies

Hasn't happened to me yet, child molester.
:^)

Key lime pie is almost idiot proof and quick to make
