Cat breeding

There are a few very rare species of cats (the chartreaux for example) who are native to certain parts of the world - France in this case. The kittens command massive premiums.

I love cats so I wouldn’t think of this so much as a profit focused operation but basically buy a selection of male and female thoroughbred kittens and distribute them to people who really want them and will look after them like family members.

Breed different family lines and maintain a good relationship with customers so that you could both profit from future breeding

Breeding seems unethical, since so many cats and dogs get put down every year. But I know nothing about it, maybe it's ok, need to research. Please keep the ideas flowing though, digging the creativity. I'm writing down everything for contemplation.

If you can find a vacant retail unit close to a school then it’s a goldmine for food retail, depends on the country I suppose but in the UK the majority of HS age kids leave school during break and lunchtime so a simple sandwich/hot food joint should make a killing. Also you only really need to work from 9 until maybe 2 pm when lunch is over.

Food places close to train and bus stations or anywhere that a large number of people converge to or diverge from will always be super high footfall, almost regardless of how saturated the place already is

I'm 25 btw. I actually posted a few days ago about the absolute shit state of affairs in my life and got alot of helpful advice about the finance direction and CFA, but I can hardly get out of bed to go to work and I fail at studying 3-4 times a week. Just get high and go to bed after the gym.
