Second, I live and work in a very diverse part of the country. In the primary election this spring, my district cast less than 10 votes for Trump out of about 45,000 residents. So, no, I'm not living in a place full of racists. But I don't want to be trapped in this little bubble. There are many racists in this country, and even though they live somewhere else, I'm not ok with them, any more than they are ok with me.
