It's my personal favorite too, #1. Has the right amount of bite, without too much vinegar. #2 mustard probably zatarains creole

My favorite storebought condiment is probably Lizano steaksauce (comes out of Costa Rica) or maybe Pickapeppa for the tamarind mango hint.

Semi-related, the other day I bought a little jar of dijon mustard and it's strong as fuck, much stronger than any other dijon mustard I've tried before, to the point I can't even spread it on a sandwich because of how overpowering the taste and sensation are. Can I use it to cook something instead of just eating it? I think there are some chicken recipes with mustard
