There was some Pajeet named Suneet that was so incompetent that it's obvious he lied about everything on his resume in order to secure a multi-six-figure position completely protected from termination by the state of California. He was so shit that we had an intern finish the work he did over the course of two months that basically amounted to a "hello world" application. We got passive aggressive comments from some Muslim cunt about how we don't understand some things because our department isn't "diverse enough" (basically it was 28 white male programmers and a 2 white female programmers).

Not sure on the specifics of your views, but it sounds like you'd heavily fit in with Scott Weiner or Jane Kim's crowd. I'm all for Jane Kim as mayor. What I like about her is not only her stance against prisons, for rehab, and for housing, but that she is specifically for affordable housing.

The flack that YIMBY gets is that it goes for a trickle down approach with housing. They argue that by flooding the market with luxury apartments, it'll drive the prices down for everything. I mean...it MAY...but I'd be happier if we specifically started with demanding at the negotiating table with developers that they include affordable housing.
