We meet again.

bumping for slow cooker recipes.

Try a bunch of chicken breasts and a bottle of frank's redhot, let that shit simmer. Buffalo chicken.

i made buffalo wings last night. used the wing tips and mirepoix and some herbs to make a nice stock and then used canned biscuits and some chicken breast fillets to make the chicken and dumplings today. franks red hot is the best shit ever for chicken wings or buffalo sauce.

Apple butter

Prepare to get very well-acquainted with the concept of chili

Homemade Kfc you smelly bitch.

I preferred laziest ass chicken & rice imaginable
>Before work / a couple of hours before dinner
Dump your desired amount the cheapest frozen chicken meat you can buy (for me it is thighs) and a can or two of canned diced tomatoes (I prefer Rotel but whatever you want).

When you want to eat boil some yellow rice. Serve slow cooker contents over the cooked rice. Done.

Buy a rice cooker

lots of green chili...

Italian Beef Stew

1 1/2 Ground Spicy Italian Beef
1 Red Peppers
1 Green Pepper
Half a red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 can of tomato puree
1 cup of parm or moz cheese
1 1/2 Vodka Sauce
1 tsp of Black pepper, Sea Salt, Thyme, and Rosemary
4-5 red potatos

Chop up all veggies and potatos and add to cooker. Add Meat into cooker along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix all ingridents by hand. Set cooker to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Enjoy.

This should last you for a week or longer. It lasted me until Thursday because I ate it for 2 meals a day. You can add pasta to it too but I'm trying to cut carbs hence why I use potatos as a filler.
