Rate my authentic Mexican tacos

Hey guys decided to have a go at tacos.

>ground beef
>sour cream
>lettuce
>diced onions
>shredded cheese blend

Also post your favorite tacos

I like those ones you get at the taco truck with lots of cilantro.

If it doesn't come with cilantro covered in Mexican fecal matter then it isn't authentic.

ME.

Don't like any of that shit on OPs post. Especially hard shells. Tacos should just be the filling with some kind of salsa, lime, and onions.

I do that at home but my poop just doesn't compare to the authentic stuff

>no cilantro
>no fecal matter
>ground beef
>hard taco bell shell
>lettuce

I think the only thing you got right is raw onion

nice authentic go 'co senpi.

Try adding a pinch of cayenne for that extra "kick."

I have a "mexican red tamale" strain of jenk going i might mix that in to see how it blends

>shredded cheese blend and sour cream are authentic

Why is Hungarian and Mexican so similar?

it is not

Remember good ol' taco nights with the family back in my younger years

I was the only one who liked hard shell tacos so I had them all to myself

>cheese

In my tacos I use plain beef minced meat, shredded mozza and some lettuce
Inside a microwaved taco shell
I dislike the taco flavouring packets that accompany the shells so I just use some herbs and salt/pepper in my meat

I enjoy these
What do you make of it?

Stop using ground beef in tacos, its a shitty meme, u know in some places in mexico use cabbage instead of lettuce

Ground beef and a hard hell is authentic. Soft corn tortilla and carne asada/al pastor/etc is the Americanized version.

Prove me wrong. Pro tip: you cant

You would get beheaded in Mexico if seen with a hard shell, seriously

Picadillo (ground beef) is a common taco ingredient on the streets tho since you it is very cheap if mixed with small diced potato and carrot

Yes but picadillo taco is a dish in itself, ground beef in tacos is mostly bullshit, more common meat is desebrada, trompo, fajita, and such, most real taquerillas dont offer picadillo as a taco as its a bit too juicy and will dissolve the tortilla

Did you get those at Jack in the Box?
